Web Developer (Great Job! Great team!)

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years web development experience
• DHTML (CSS)
• Dreamweaver expertise
• User interface, cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility issues
• Able, but not required to write code by hand, including tables, frames and forms.

Bonus Points for:

• Illustrator, Photoshop or Fireworks
• Some JavaScript
• Image and code optimization skills
• Understanding of Document Object Model
• PHP or Perl
• Passion
