Web Designer (Great Job! Lead positions available)

We are looking for Web Designers to work with other team members to create attractive, functional web designs for websites and website applications. Individuals will have the opportunity to play a key role in creation and development with enormous opportunity for career growth. Skills should include most of the following:

• Previous website design experience
• Creativity
• Design tools (Fireworks, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.) proficiency
• Solid experience and understanding of GUI design and browser compatibility issues
• Ability to maintain design/brand/concept consistency across a family of websites
• Expertise in the manipulation/optimization of images for the web
• Ability to develop visual identity materials for emerging products and companies
• Thorough knowledge of HTML/DHTML design issues (though coding is minimal, restricted to protoyping mainly)
• Highly motivated and very comfortable working in a fun team environment
• Deadline and detail oriented
