Donna Reynolds
Director of Operations

With 25 years of office management and operations experience, Donna brings expertise and professional focus to organizational systems, procedures and policies. As Director of Operations at Lumeria, she applies this knowledge toward the implementation of corporate strategy and general business operations.

Donna's recent technology start-up experience comes from eight years with Themis Computer. As part of the original team at Themis, she worked directly with the President/CEO and Board of Directors to build it into a strong and viable organization of over 65 full time employees. She left her position as Director of Human Resources at Themis to return to the University of California at Berkeley where she completed a degree program in Psychology and Linguistics.

Donna developed international administrative and management experience in both Germany and the Middle East including the U.S. Corps of Engineers. She and her family are residents of the East Bay.
